Running
Yesterday I ran 10 Miles. The farthest I had ever run before that was 3 Miles. I did not stop once. My total time was 1:24:00. I was expecting to go 3 or 4 Miles but I just kept going anyway and later on decided to go 10. I am still sore as you might expect.
